Fleet Manager - (Mechanics) Rotterdam/ The Hague

Here is the challenge! 

As our Fleet Manager you are the right hand of the Area Manager for the cities like Rotterdam and The Hague. You are the eyes and ears, and always on the spot for ad hoc requests. You will be responsible for for the workshop outflow (quantity and qualitywise)
and the transport operations (transport from and to the workshop, but also relocating of mopeds within the city).

Responsibilities:

        Team

• Oversee daily activities and assign jobs depending on requirements of operations
• Job Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload
• Scheduling & Payrolling: Create staff schedules and correct and timely hour registration tbv payrolling
• Staff management: Hiring, onboarding, conflict resolution, Training, development and Performance monitoring of team-members
• Align mechanic workforce with B2B management and mechanics in the workshop
  
  Workshop
• Workplace safety - ensure work protocols and all equipment and tools are up to standards
• Workload Prioritization - manage the workflow and allocate resources depending on the company needs
• Maintanance and repairs - ensure the quality of mopeds leaving the workshop
• Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain stock of parts, tools and/or other materials
  
  Fleet & Asset management
   
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance schedules for our moped fleet are performed on a timely manner
• Ensure mopeds are distributed throughout our servicearea based on supply and demand
• Manage the flow of transport between the servicearea and the workshop
• Responsible for asset tracking, monitoring and maintenance such as equipment, tools, batteries and service vans
• Budget management
• Reporting
• Stakeholder management with local governments and external partners
