Junior Support Technician, Offshore Platforms

We are looking for a Junior Support Technician for our platforms within DanTysk and Sandbank, which are located 90 km west of Sylt within German waters. 

Your job as Junior Support Technician 

You will become an important and permanent part of our operations & maintenance-organization. 

You will participate in operational & maintenance tasks on the Accommodation Platform and the two Offshore Substations located in the windfarms DanTysk and Sandbank. The Accommodation Platform is directly connected via a bridge with one of the Offshore Substations, the second Offshore Substation is located 25 km from the other platforms. 

You will be attached to the operational organization and you will work in job rotation on the platforms under a German employment contract.  

Your tasks will include but are not limited to: 

• Coordination of flight and ship movements, as well as incoming and outgoing teams on the platform, including identity verification and adherence to transport schedules and safety protocols
• Operation of offshore cranes for material handling and loading/unloading of workboats
• Conducting housekeeping, maintenance, and repair work on deck and the platform; supporting safety-related and routine inspections
• Active participation as a member of the emergency and fire-fighting team, including regular drills and ensuring readiness for deployment
• Precise record-keeping and documentation using MS Office and SAP PM; managing occupancy plans and assigning accommodations
• Strict compliance with and regular updating of safety regulations and standards for offshore work
