What will you be doing?

You will be locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in company installations, ensuring that production activities can resume safely and minimize any disruptions. For frequently occurring malfunctions, you actively search for opportunities to modify and improve the equipment, and if your proposal is approved, you will implement those improvements yourself. Your colleagues can rely on you to contribute to the structural improvement of processes.

Additionally, you will accurately document all maintenance activities in the maintenance system (Ultimo) to ensure that the technical condition of the machines and peripherals is always fully up-to-date and available. We are not just looking for a regular maintenance technician; we are seeking a quality- and service-oriented technician with solid expertise and effective communication skills.

The responsibilities also include:

  • Maintaining various installations in terms of mechanical and electrical aspects;
  • Performing measurements and assessing the maintenance condition of parts using testing and measuring equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions in machines, both mechanical and electrical;

  • Replacing and adjusting all common parts and components.
  • Participating in improvement and investment projects;
  • Administrative reporting of completed tasks.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations, ISO standards, environmental regulations, and other company policies.

What are we looking for?

You enjoy working under healthy operational pressure in an ambitious organization. You are energized by ensuring that the Technical Department meets the needs of the operation and runs smoothly. You have operational experience and a hands-on mentality. Additionally, you have:

  • A completed MBO 4 education in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
  • Basic knowledge of process technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Knowledge of PLC and PC technology is a plus.
  • You recognize the importance of continuously improving work processes and actively contribute to this.
  • You are organized, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • You are a true team player and possess good communication and social skills.
  • Willingness to work in a shift schedule.
