The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The individuals in the role must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly source new sales opportunities through cultivation of our exiting client
  • Make outbound cold calls and emails to prospective business partners
  • Obtain detailed information on customer needs and requirements
  • Work closely with channel partners to maintain, grow, and share best practices
  • Progress qualified opportunities to deal closure
  • Work effectively within CRM system
  • Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor
  • Potential to visit clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
  • Assist other sales team members where necessary to close sales opportunities.
