To assist in our growth, we seek an outstanding and highly motivated Paralegal/Contract Specialist. The successful candidate will work as a key member of Bridger’s legal and commercial teams to provide support for legal and contracting work, including:

· reviewing, drafting and managing contracts, research agreements and commercial partnerships;

· assisting with litigation matters; and

· providing administrative and project management support and research as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with superb oral and written communications skills, strong, detail-oriented project management and organization capabilities, and someone who can drive tasks assigned from start to finish. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, thrive under pressure, and maintain composure while doing so are musts.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Produce high quality work products, including coordinating and managing contract lifecycles and execution (intake, drafting, revising, finalizing, and filing contracts and other legal documents) under counsel and Chief Business Officer supervision, and ensuring consistency with prior documents of a similar nature and Bridger’s policies and negotiation positions.

· Assist with contracting file management and organization.

· Assist with governance matters and internal policy drafting for Bridger.

· Assist with litigation, as needed.

· Assist with special projects and research tasks as requested.

Required qualifications:

·5 years of relevant experience as a contract specialist, paralegal, legal assistant or legal analyst.

· Knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts, and experience drafting, reviewing, processing and tracking commercial contracts.

· Excellent legal drafting skills, with the ability to achieve consistent language across agreements that are similar in nature.

· First-rate organizational, analytic and research skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities from team leadership on short notice; ability to meet project deadlines.

· Clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven track record of forging relationships among stakeholders.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

· Highly collaborative, with the ability to work independently while remaining a supportive member a fast-paced organization.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; well-developed Internet, document management, and legal research skills.

Preferred qualifications:

· Experience with data products and data service agreements
