We’re looking for a Shop Scheduler based out of our Lomondgate site.

What you’ll do:

  • Enhancing both internal & external customer experience

  • Support equipment reliability through effective planning

  • Navigate & complete tasks in HCP for Shop labour

  • Plans, schedules, and directs labour for workshop activities including PDI’s, PCA’s, Servicing in depots, Load Testing, Check-In equipment

  • Utilizes our new system and technologies to efficiently plan, co-ordinate and dispatch Technicians based on equipment demand, work activity type, depot limitations, Technician skill set

  • Optimizes the scheduling of technician resources to meet business priorities and deliver technician productivity

  • Deliver on-time servicing & work towards reaching the set KPI’s

  • Liaises with Field Service Planning, Logistics, Fleet team, Service Centre Managers and Depot Team Leaders to ensure scheduling requirements are met.

  • Identifies where work demands exceed labour availability and takes the appropriate action based on collaborative discussions

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment

  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and deadlines

  • Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

  • Understanding of business processes and high working standards and a drive for continuous improvement

  • Self-driven with strong communication and people skills
