Job Description
Join us as a Regional Product Expert, the key link between our customers and internal teams. You'll tackle diverse technical challenges, provide innovative solutions, and ensure seamless support across global regions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers inquiries, collaborating with our internal service, sales, and global solutions teams.
- Deliver technical support and solutions to our service organisation.
- Assist in offer clarifications, spare parts needs, and service time estimations.
- Conduct training sessions and develop training materials and documentation.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support new product integration, ensuring field services engineers are prepared for product launches.
- Allocate time as follows: 20% customer visits, 40% desk support, 20% process and platform improvement, and 20% training.
