Come help us drive change for the better. The role We’re working with over 30 utilities across the US and Canada, optimizing EV charging to balance grid loads. You’ll lead the design process for your squad from concept to launch, rolling out configurable smart charging programs globally. You'll enhance the end-to-end experience for utilities and end users across mobile and web, creating delightful interactions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and engineering, primarily based on the East Coast of the US and Canada. You’ll be part of a team of 5 designers, reporting to the design manager. The team is collaborative, supportive, and fun, all working remotely. This is a one year fixed term role to cover maternity leave within the team. This pays up to 90,000 USD, or 125,000 CAD.
