Content Development: Help define and produce marketing material and content, including blog posts, articles, and white-papers for all our channels (website, LinkedIn, newsletter, email).
Content Management: Help build the content calendar and assist in campaign implementation (incl. HubSpot automations).
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities to optimize future efforts.
Event & Webinar Planning: Support the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and industry conferences.
SEO Optimization: Contribute to improving the visibility and performance of our digital content and brand.
Studies: Currently enrolled in a university, studying business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
HubSpot Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot for content and campaign planning.
Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, especially in a B2B context.
Creative Skills: Strong eye for design and excellent language skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Digital Marketing Tools: Prior experience with content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment.
B2B Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in operational and/ or strategic B2B marketing.

I’m excited to share a little about myself and my journey. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business from the LMU Munich and a Master's from the University of Cologne with exchange at the National University of Singapore (MBA program). Most of my career I spent in consulting, focusing on brand, strategy, and innovation projects across various industries. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with different players in the energy sector, including E.ON, Bayernwerk (DSO), and BayWa r.e., and that’s when I really found my passion for the energy transition.
I was eager for a new challenge — something that would allow me to get even closer to the actual implementation side and be more hands-on with building a brand from the inside. That desire for impact, coupled with my interest in the dynamic environment of a young company, is what led me to Entrix. Being part of a mission-driven company that contributes to the energy transition feels both exciting and meaningful to me.
What has always fascinated me are strong brands, whether in B2C or B2B. I’m looking forward to sharpening the Entrix brand further, bringing it to life with innovative formats and strategies, and winning over the hearts and minds of customers.
