Based in our Paris office and working closely with the Kraken teams across Europe, you'll have a key role in optimizing our people processes and tools, while helping support the company's exciting growth journey.


What you'll do:

  • Take charge of payroll management in France, working closely with our external provider.
  • Manage all aspects of employee administration, from onboarding to overseeing their entire professional journey.
  • Work closely with the Global People Systems Specialist to ensure our People Systems (Hibob, OfficeVibe etc.) are running smoothly in all EU countries.
  • Be the go-to person for operational teams across EU, supporting them with any people-related questions.
  • Manage relationships with the Works Councils (CSE), including organizing and coordinating meetings.
  • Get involved in various exciting people projects.
  • Provide support for people admin in other EU countries (Italy, Spain, Germany, etc…).

About you:

  • You're agile, able to prioritize effectively, and always up for a challenge.
  • You work with precision, care, and a strong sense of discretion.
  • You're proactive, autonomous, and love simplifying processes.
  • You’re an exceptional team player who can collaborate with people across the worldHighly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to work using your own initiative
  • Fluent English is a must-have (seriously, it's essential).
  • You have 7+ years of experience in payroll and people administration.
  • You've managed people admin across multiple European countries and a bonus to be familiar with the different regulations and practices.
  • You've got solid expertise in managing HRIS systems.
  • Experience with the Syntec collective agreement would be a plus.
  • And most importantly, you're passionate about contributing to solving the climate challenge!
