About the Role & Your Impact 

We are hiring an HVAC Sales Engineer to be the trusted technical expert to homeowners throughout their journey of upgrading and electrifying their homes. You’ll be the central customer touchpoint, including managing their digital home consultation, creating customized system designs and quotes, and guiding homeowners towards electric upgrade purchases and installations that match their needs. Your subject matter expertise will improve the comfort, efficiency, and carbon footprint of homes, all while ensuring the homeowner's experience is exceptional.  


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven track record in sales, setting and achieving quarterly sales targets 
  • Expertise in residential building HVAC technologies, including heat pump sizing, system design, quoting, and sales
  • Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information or industry jargon in an easy-to-understand way
  • Great presentation and public speaking skills
  • High attention to detail, curiosity,  and willingness to research unique solutions for customers

Nice to Have

  • Sales leadership experience
  • Tech savviness and willingness to learn new software systems, such as Google Workspace or HubSpot
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages to support customers or partners whose native language is not English
