General Summary: Anew seeks a dedicated environmental or administrative professional to support its forest carbon implementation team through soliciting proposals for, and contracting, carbon verification and inventory work, as well as coordinating fieldwork logistics. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual who is detail orientated and skilled in communicating with third-party contractors and can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties. Day-to-day responsibilities will cover a spectrum of activities including assisting in field verifications throughout the continental US, Alaska, and Canada (remotely and occasionally on site), preparing proposals for verification and inventory services for over 120 forest carbon projects, planning remote site visits, tracking expenses, managing and communicating timelines and project scheduling, and contributing to long-term programmatic planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional seeking a position in the center of the forest carbon market.
