Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities / Tasks

• To carry out technical inspection,  troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial ammonia refrigeration installations;

• To carry out supervision and commissioning of new industrial ammonia refrigeration equipment;

• To prepare technical reports, recommended spare parts lists and maintenance schedules;

• To provide technical consultations for customers both remote and on site;

• To provide simple operator training to customers for proper operation, preventive maintenance;

• To adhere to QHSE, GEA safety policies, procedural guidelines and works in a consistently safe manner;

• Business trips to customer sites are about 80% of working time.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Technical/Engineering University or College degree;

• 2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;

• Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;

• Excellent attention to details;

• Driver’s license, category B;

• English language – A2,B1 level;

• Readiness to travel a lot within Ukraine.
