THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead Marketing Operations to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven, efficient, and impactful. As a Team Lead, you will focus on optimizing marketing processes, technology, and data analytics to support our growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless marketing operations that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business performance.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead Core Marketing Operations Functions: Own and manage key functions such as email and database marketing, search engine optimization, and shadowing performance media (paid search, social, and programmatic).
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate closely with Marketing team’s functions (Campaign Management, Content Marketing, Events, Field Marketing and Design teams) to optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Oversee the design, experience, and performance of company websites to ensure an optimal user experience and effective lead conversion.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Lead efforts in web, app, and campaign analytics, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.
  • Lead Automation and Data Management: Manage lead automation processes and tools, CRM – HubSpot data integrations, lead scoring and reporting to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Starting with A/B testing and User Experience optimization to funnel analysis
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee GDPR compliance and data privacy practices across all marketing operations.
  • MarTech Stack Management: Optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively utilized and integrated to support marketing strategies.
  • Budget Ownership and Management: Drive the yearly marketing budget process,
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead hand over processes are efficient, lead quality is high, and feedback loops are established for continuous improvement and other departments like Finance, Compliance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive solutions through a data-driven approach.
  • Project Management: Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track progress, and address any obstacles.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strategic and Operational Initiatives: Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to plan activities, drive performance, and continuously enhance the impact of marketing.

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data management, reporting, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in marketing compliance.
  • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and MarTech stack optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, build cross-functional relationships, and drive strategic initiatives.
