Our field teams deliver an über-friendly, five-star, in-home service to match the effortless, hassle-free journey our customers experience when choosing a green future. We’ve already recruited and trained an army of green-skilled technicians, but we’re just getting started..

We’re looking for a Head of Installations who’s not just experienced but passionate about leading large teams and delivering top-tier service. What you'll do

  • You’ll be in charge of a large team of talented Engineers, Area Managers & Regional Managers, driving the installation of green tech like solar and smart meters. Your goal is to make sure every install is smooth and professional, leaving our customers thrilled with their experience.
  • Our customers are the core of what we do. You’ll work closely with other teams to ensure that every install reflects our high standards of customer care. If something goes wrong, you’ll jump in, figure it out, and make it right.
  • You’ll be more than a manager —you’ll be a mentor, helping your team grow and pushing them to be their best
  • As we grow, so will the scale of our operations. You’ll design and refine installation processes, making sure we’re working efficiently and keeping standards high.
  • You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. That means tackling scheduling, workforce planning, and making sure health and safety protocols are always followed, allowing us to be the best we can be for our customers

What you'll need

  • To be an experienced leader: You’ve got a solid background leading large field teams in a customer-facing role. You know what it takes to manage people while still keeping the customer at the heart of everything.
  • To provide excellent customer service: Great service isn’t just something you talk about—you live it. You’ve got a natural ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and ensure we deliver a positive, seamless experience every time.
  • Technical mindset: You’re familiar with renewable energy technologies and are excited to lead the way with the latest green tech.
  • Problem-solver: You love a challenge. When problems arise, you’re the person who can figure out a solution quickly and effectively.
  • To be people-focused: You know how to bring out the best in your team. Whether it’s guiding them through challenges or helping them grow, your leadership style is all about support and development.
  • Adaptability: Things change fast around here, and we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Flexibility and the ability to pivot are key.
