1. Takes guidance and work direction from Manager, focus on product development.

2. As technical lead of AWP products, familiar with all critical functions.

3. Lead design team to do technical tasks from concept phase to production phase.

4. Follow JLG gates process, to complete the engineering targets, provide certificated documents to PM.

5. Provide guidance to design engineer on daily work.

6. Prepare and present development status in project team and management team.

7. Study and research on AWP related technology, and introduce to product development.

8. Lead critical issues' trouble shooting.

9. Ensure good cooperation and communication with HQ engineering team.
