Job Info:

Our Project Manager is the focal point for projects, responsible for the end-to-end success of each project: understanding project and customer requirements, providing SOWs, and creating realistic delivery plans and milestones. You will support back-office and operational deliverables and monitor the handover process to the customer. As a Project Manager, you will ensure that our timelines remain on target throughout the project lifecycle and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, customer-oriented Project Manager with excellent interdepartmental management skills and a process-driven mindset, who will play a pivotal role in WINT’s aggressive expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Early-stage involvement in each project, from pre-sale stages to successful commissioning and onboarding.
  • Interface with multiple departments—Sales, Operations, Engineering, and R&D.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, helping to manage expectations and execution.
  • Create project plans and manage communication with the customer, starting with SOW definition, Gantt charts, and project documentation, through to successful deployment.
  • Validate the Scope of Work, ensuring clear deliverables, identifying gaps, and defining mitigation plans.
  • Plan project stages (utilizing project management tools), create timelines and milestones and ensure flawless execution.
  • Supervise back-office and operational efforts, ensuring hardware and software availability.
  • Set and align customer expectations, addressing and mitigating issues as needed.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on project progress and the customer onboarding process.
  • Monitor KPIs, with accountability for high customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and supervise third-party contractor installation activities.
  • Schedule, manage, and oversee product installations and testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Industrial, Water, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in cross-collaboration project management.
  • A “people person” with excellent technical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of operational processes and back-office delivery procedures.
  • Extensive experience in project management methods, timeline planning, and resource planning, as well as supervision and control processes.
  • Proven experience in managing delivery projects; a combination of software (SW) and hardware (HW) projects is preferred.
  • Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent training and presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in construction is an advantage.
  • Experience using delivery/project management platforms (e.g., Taskray) is an advantage.
  • Experience managing projects in the fields of construction, fire suppression, or HVAC.
