THE ROLE

The Intelligent Supply Chain Intern will work to enhance business capabilities through the further development of applications, solutions and analytics, while providing day-to-day support. This role will work with cross functional team members (IT, Purchasing, Logistics, Materials, Third Party Vendors, and Cybersecurity Analysts) to effectively build new applications and solutions.  

YOUR IMPACT

As an Intelligent Supply Chain Intern your experience may include:

  • Support implementation of applications and solutions through system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

  • Coordinate product enhancement releases from software vendors and identify impact of changes form software vendors.

  • Develop and create dashboards/reports using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Utilize Power BI to analyze, validate, and aesthetically visualize data.

  • Create communications and training materials for suppliers and internal team members.

  • Responsible for translating functional/reporting requirements into system and software requirements.

  • Consult with business and Digital Technology partners on data quality issues.

  • Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Statistics, or related field.

  • Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites to include Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Power Point, Share Point

  • Willing to travel or relocate to an Oshkosh, WI location for the duration of the summer 2024 internship. Remote assignments will be considered.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and efficiently.

  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to function in a small team environment, must be a contributor and know when to attain consensus.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
