Major Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensures successful staffing for projects 
  • Manages and lead multi-discipline teams 
  • Lead project planning, establish schedules, forecasts, budget, and other parameters to measure project performance  
  • Manage cost, schedule, cash flow, and risk for projects assigned to them 
  • Operates in complex management environments with multiple stakeholders 
  • Negotiates and administers subcontracts. 
  • Ensure contractual provisions are flowed down to suppliers 
  • Manages client relations and contractual commitments 
  • Communicates project progress and status to company leadership 
 
Position Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent relevant work experience 
  • 7+ years in Project Management related roles preferred  
  • Overall detailed understanding of the operation of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems – 100kW to 2MW/250kWh to 2MWh capacity, including transformers 
  • Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry practices 
  • Working knowledge of EPC commercial terms 
  • Experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to mitigate delays through contractual and execution methods 
  • Willingness to travel
