Major Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures successful staffing for projects
- Manages and lead multi-discipline teams
- Lead project planning, establish schedules, forecasts, budget, and other parameters to measure project performance
- Manage cost, schedule, cash flow, and risk for projects assigned to them
- Operates in complex management environments with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiates and administers subcontracts.
- Ensure contractual provisions are flowed down to suppliers
- Manages client relations and contractual commitments
- Communicates project progress and status to company leadership
Position Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 7+ years in Project Management related roles preferred
- Overall detailed understanding of the operation of power conditioning systems and battery energy storage systems – 100kW to 2MW/250kWh to 2MWh capacity, including transformers
- Working knowledge of engineering/construction industry practices
- Working knowledge of EPC commercial terms
- Experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to mitigate delays through contractual and execution methods
- Willingness to travel
