We are seeking a talented and motivated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Coordinator with extensive hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ERP Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient financial and business operational systems to support Spirii’s core organizational functions and business processes. Successful applicants will have a strong IT and accounting background, be proficient in system configuration for large data sets, and possess excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

You will report to the Head of Accounting.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Bridge the gap between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system and end users, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business, financial, and operational requirements, working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Lead design sessions to enhance Spirii’s use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, resolving system issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and implement system configuration changes to support new processes and business needs.
  • Stay informed about system updates and changes, ensuring continuous learning and training.
  • Onboard and train new and super users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly training documentation and best practices for all areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.


Who You Are

  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Have an educational background in accounting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Curious about processes and systems and always seeking ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Experience with ERP migration is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Continia.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes and their integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
