You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing a safe work environment.
You will lead and coordinate the production team, guiding and coaching team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
You will plan and schedule production activities using SAP, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
You will oversee the production of surface treatment products, flavors, and colorants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and GMP.
You will monitor and verify production output according to process specifications and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
You will communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
You possess profound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
You are familiar with GMPs and quality programs, ensuring compliance at all levels.
You have practical experience with SAP and MS Office, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven approach.
You are self-motivated and an efficient problem solver, able to manage stress and meet deadlines.
You hold a high school diploma; additional technical qualifications in food manufacturing or chemistry are a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
