Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will be leading the electrical order engineering team of transformer design.

• You will be responsible for the technical solution, on time delivery and quality etc. of the electrical order engineering team, good communication and technical strength presentation with customer.

• You will cooperation with PM, quality and operation etc. to achieve the revenue target.

• You will be responsible for the competency development and carrier planning of team members.

• You will be collecting and reporting the new technical trend from both customer and order implementation.

Your background:

• Bachelor or master degree of Electrical Engineering from 985,211 university.

• More than 7 years of experience on Transformer electrical design.

• Transformer electrical design experience on power transformer, furnace transformer, VSD, traction feeder transformer and wind turbine transformer etc.

• Strong team working ability, good communication skill, office skill and simulation skill would be preferred.

• A team player, growth mindset, team oriented and autonomous.

• Quick learner with ability to master new areas.

• Curiosity in different type of transformer solution, customer focus, vender solution etc.

• Structured approach for problem solving.

• Good communication and leadership.

• Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written is a must.
