In this role, you will oversee all of our recruiting tools and reporting, identify process improvements, and manage key strategic talent acquisition programs. What you'll do:

  • Conceptualize, maintain, and iterate on recruiting KPIs and dashboards to improve productivity and transparency to the business
  • Develop and deliver talent acquisition team enablement, hiring manager, and interviewer training programs
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition programs for early-career internship programs, talent branding, team referrals, and career events
  • Routinely map current processes, uncover bottlenecks, investigate the reasons behind those inefficiencies, and refine or redesign them for quality and efficiency
  • Act as point person for talent acquisition tooling and systems and owning vendor lifecycle
  • Maintain and evangelize best practices and processes for recruiters, hiring managers, and team members

  • 3+ years of progressive experience within a Talent Acquisition or People Operations experience in a project management capacity
