As our Head of Product Operations (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in defining and executing our product strategy, building the operational frameworks that allow us to scale efficiently.You’ll work closely with the Chief Product OGicer and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure seamless product execution. We’re looking for hands-on leaders who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.

What can you expect?
  • Define and implement operational strategies that support product vision, enhance eGiciency, and align with business goals
  • Build and optimize processes that improve product delivery, from ideation to launch, ensuring that teams are equipped to execute at a high level
  • Serve as the operational glue between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and priorities
  • Establish key product metrics and performance tracking systems, using data to drive continuous improvements in product development and delivery
  • Facilitate the integration of product-led growth strategies, ensuring operational readiness to support scaling efforts
  • Implement and manage the right product management tools and systems to ensure eGective collaboration and productivity across teams
What should you bring along?
  • 5+ years in Product Operations or related roles, with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS. Supply chain, sustainability, or ESG experience is a plus
  • A doer who thrives on driving projects forward and getting things done in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on using data to inform decisions and optimize processes
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes and systems, and experience defining and executing product operations strategy
  • Experience with product-led growth methodologies is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams towards a common goal
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
