The role
We have big plans for Tomorrow. Our vision: Establish sustainable finance at the heart of society. That's a hell of a lot of work - so let's get started.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing the product strategy for the entire new customer journey in our Onboarding & Activation team, from website leads to app installs, sign-ups and KYC to active customers. Your goal? To ensure a seamless, outstanding onboarding experience that constantly improves conversion rates. To do this, you will work closely with our marketing, product development and software development teams.
Your tasks will include:
- Perfecting the onboarding funnel: You will take responsibility for the entire funnel and the referral loop, always with your sights set on efficiency and success.
- Keeping a close eye on the roadmap: You’ll define the roadmap for onboarding and activation based on data-driven decisions and the requirements of the different stakeholders.
- Developing conversion ideas: Together with our UX and Product team, you’ll work on new ideas and concepts to optimize the conversion.
- Conducting experiments: You’ll carry out experiments and user and market research to gain valuable insights for the onboarding experience – and directly implement them.
- Agile working in a tech team: You’ll be in charge of the Onboarding & Activation Tech team and will ensure efficient implementation in the agile set-up.
- Providing clarity: You’ll define the product requirements and derive concrete specifications from them.
