Job Title: Partner – Infrastructure (Sustainability Focus)


Reporting To: Country Managing Partner

Role Overview:
This role is focused on driving the firm’s sustainability consulting services within the Infrastructure sector, helping companies navigate sustainability challenges and integrate them into their long-term infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure consulting, business development, and a deep understanding of sustainable practices in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Sales:

  • Drive business growth by developing relationships with key players in the infrastructure sector, including governments, developers, and private infrastructure companies.
  • Identify, pursue, and win large consulting contracts that align with sustainability goals in the infrastructure sector.
  • Lead client pitches, presentations, and negotiations, working closely with the business development team to ensure revenue targets are met.

Consulting and Advisory:

  • Lead high-profile consulting engagements focused on sustainable infrastructure development (e.g., energy, transport, construction).
  • Advise clients on sustainability-driven project management, regulatory compliance, ESG strategy, and the implementation of cutting-edge sustainable technologies.
  • Guide infrastructure clients in integrating sustainability into their project lifecycles, from planning and construction to operations and decommissioning.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure project success from conception through execution.

Sustainability Advocacy:

  • Advocate for sustainable practices within the infrastructure industry and position the firm as a thought leader in this space.
  • Develop thought leadership content on key trends such as green buildings, renewable energy infrastructure, carbon reduction, and sustainable transport systems.
  • Collaborate with government and regulatory bodies to shape policies and practices that align with sustainability goals.
  • Actively participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and forums.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the infrastructure sector, with a strong focus on sustainability and consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and leading client engagements in infrastructure consulting.
  • Deep knowledge of sustainable practices in infrastructure, including renewable energy, sustainable construction, and climate-resilient infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field. A qualification in Sustainability or ESG is a plus.
