About the Role

Zero Homes is hiring our first Project Coordinator for our HQ location in Denver. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer workstreams throughout our core operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. Your Impact

  • Interface directly with customers and day-to-day management of our customer support lines
  • Manage customer documents, submit invoices and rebate applications to move projects across the finish line 
  • Support key business operations projects and partnerships 
  • Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our mission to electrify every home in America

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in workplace or operations project management, customer service, or a related role as an expert generalist
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite 
  • Familiarity with Heat Pumps or other renewable energy products and services
