About the Role
Zero Homes is hiring our first Project Coordinator / Project Manager for our HQ location in Denver. In this critical role you will be responsible for core customer workstreams throughout our operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. Your Impact
- Learn business operations from the ground up at an evolving, hyper-growth company
- Interface directly with customers for support and service needs
- Help run an efficient customer pipeline through documents, permits, rebates, and the many steps needed to move projects across the finish line
- Support key business operations projects and ongoing process improvement, including interfacing with external partners
- Help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our mission to electrify every home in America
What You Bring
- 2-4+ years of experience in business operations, project or program management, customer service, or any high-impact role in an operations context
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite
- Familiarity with renewable energy products and services (Heat Pumps are a bonus!)
