Your Goal

As the Technical Product Manager Customer Data at Swapfiets, your mission is to unlock the full potential of our customer data and tools—such as Wheelie, our AI email drafter, customer segmentation, and LTV models. You’ll enable smarter, more personalized experiences across our customer-facing tools, products, and teams. By bridging technical capabilities and business needs, you’ll drive the growth of our CRM platform and boost the adoption of data products. Of course all of this while ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Through data-driven decision-making, hands-on optimization, and a clear vision, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our members happy and engaged, helping Swapfiets roll forward smoothly and sustainably.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee product management and roadmap alignment for HubSpot CRM and CDP. This also includes customer data products like Wheelie (an AI email drafter), Segmentation, LTV, roll over deals & churn deals, insights, etc.

  • Manage and own with the team the Service, Marketing, and Sales modules of HubSpot, ensuring system ownership by key users while maintaining overall platform management.

  • Enable the business and Tech teams that use customer data (products) with a hands-on mentality.

  • Prioritize technical feature requests and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Develop and implement customer data strategies that improve personalization, customer engagement, and retention within the customer base.

  • Drive the adoption and optimization of data products like Wheelie, segmentation, uplift models, LTV by working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Support business (facing) teams with useable and enriched customer data.

  • Ensure the quality and governance of customer data within the CRM and CDP platform.

  • Define and track success metrics for customer data products and report on the value delivered to the business.

  • Manage and own technical setup emailing connectors.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on CRM, or customer data products.

  • Demonstrated understanding of CRM platforms like HubSpot and their role in driving business growth and customer retention.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and business leaders.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience translating insights into product features and business strategies.

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
