Digitalization and Data Intelligence Project Engineer

Your mission:

• You will work closely with all departments and senior management to implement tools, streamline processes, and foster data-driven decision-making.
• You will evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a roadmap for implementing changes.
• You will moderate discussions with experts and your team to select and integrate the most suitable tools and solutions.
• You will implement and develop these tools together with internal as well as external resources.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in project management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
• You bring expertise in optimizing and automating business processes, as well as proficiency in ETL, CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ProAlpha).
• You have experience with REST APIs, business intelligence tools, data visualization, and cloud technologies such as data warehouses.
• You are interested in new technologies or program languages.
• You possess leadership, stakeholder communication, and change management skills, translating complex concepts into business value.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are an asset but not required.
