Job Brief

We are seeking an Project Manager with a background in Construction or water systems for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of projects within these areas. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for water metering equipment deployment, from project initiation to completion.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and constraints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
•    Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting, to facilitate successful project execution.
•    Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation technicians, suppliers, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project timelines.
•    Manage external partners and vendors, including performance tracking, and relationship management, to support project objectives.
•    Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and manage changes in scope or requirements effectively.
•    Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Track and report project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
•    Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
•    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches, customer deployments, and post-sales support.

Required Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Civil, Water, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study. 
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a background in Construction.
•    Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environment.
•    Excellent training and presentation capabilities.
•    Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the specified disciplines, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project-related challenges.
•    Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations is a plus.
