As the Learning & Development Specialist, your challenge is to build a comprehensive Sales Academy that supports the growth and effectiveness of Sensorfact’s sales people. You will be responsible for creating tailored learning tracks that address the unique needs of various sales roles, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to develop content that is both insightful and engaging.
A key part of your role will be to set up and launch an e-learning platform that not only houses training content but also allows you to track learner engagement and performance metrics. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating training sessions with subject matter experts, ensuring each session is relevant, well-organized, and impactful.
To continuously improve the Sales Academy, you will analyze pre- and post-training performance metrics, using data to optimize learning materials and delivery methods. Working closely with various stakeholders, your project management skills and eye for detail will be essential to keep projects on track and to make sure that learning initiatives contribute meaningfully to the sales team’s success.

What You Will Do:
Create a Sales Academy: Develop a training academy with learning tracks tailored to different roles, skills, and career growth paths based on the input of the subject matter experts
Build and Launch E-Learning Platform: Lead the setup and launch of an e-learning platform to house training content and track learner progress and performance metrics.
Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring the appropriate SME leads each session and content is engaging and effective.
Measure Training Impact: Track and analyze pre- and post-training performance metrics to assess the impact on sales team effectiveness and continuously improve the program.

Based in Amsterdam: with expectation to be in our Amsterdam office 4-5 days a week
Experienced in L&D: You have 3-5 years experience in a learning and development role work with learning and development programs
Skilled in Content Development: You’re adept at working with Stakeholders to turn complex information into clear, engaging, multimedia training content.
Detail-Oriented, Project Management Skills: You excel at coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution.
Analytically Driven: You know how to measure success through data and continuously optimize programs based on results.
