About the Role

We seek a visionary Product Director to lead and innovate within the Power & Renewables segment. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly shape the future of energy solutions in a rapidly evolving industry. You will be pivotal in addressing global energy challenges and creating impactful products that inspire innovation and drive sustainability.

Collaborating with diverse teams across research, data, design, and technology, you will create customer-focused solutions that remain impactful and aligned with industry trends. This role is centered on strategic thinking, leadership, and, most importantly, customer engagement to deliver products that make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategic Vision: Define and implement a forward-thinking product strategy that aligns with customer needs, market opportunities, and overall company vision.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to co-create innovative, impactful solutions.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage a team of product professionals to work closely with globally diverse teams to ensure product alignment and inclusivity throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Continuously improve products by analyzing data and driving customer-centric outcomes.
  • Industry Leadership: Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the company within the Power & Renewables sector, contributing to meaningful discussions and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product and people management, with a strong focus on the power and renewable energy sectors with subsequent innovation and revenue growth.
  • In-depth understanding of energy markets and their unique challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
  • A customer-first approach and the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is highly preferred.
