Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the management and constant development of global Eurofins social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok);
  • Develop engaging content (copy and associated imagery, graphics, and videos) and create global social media content calendars;
  • Proactively manage social media monitoring/listening for the global Eurofins network and reporting to track and analyse social media performance;
  • Be a champion for our global Social Media Community: Provide resources and best practice advice and guidance to social media account admins at Eurofins companies and laboratories worldwide by answering queries, and contribute to cultivating a strong community – building synergies so we can amplify the fantastic activity across the global Eurofins network;
  • Oversee internal processes related to the development and management of new social media accounts;
  • Drive and implement best practice guidance, consolidation initiatives, governance and internal guidelines and protocols around social media use;
  • Support international colleagues by reviewing and editing a wide variety of communications assets (such as texts and graphics), ensuring appropriate messaging and adherence with corporate identity;
  • Play an active role in ad-hoc communications project, working closely with our Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding and Websites functions.
