About Us

Isometric is the world’s most trusted carbon registry. We issue scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies avoid greenwashing while tackling climate change.

Our customers include Google, Meta, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey and Microsoft.

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our team is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.

We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. If you want to join a company that gets important stuff done quickly, with no drama—then let us know.

Tackling climate change at Isometric is a career-defining role.

Working here will be unlike any job you've had before.

Things you’ll do in this role:

  • Develop clear operational guidance to help suppliers implement protocol requirements seamlessly, supporting the validation and verification of Direct Air Capture (DAC) and Biogenic Carbon Capture and Storage (Bio-CCS) projects.

  • Lead updates to DAC and Bio-CCS protocols by collaborating with the Science Network and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring scientific rigour, practical feasibility and responsiveness to commercial priorities.

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to onboard key suppliers and create compelling materials that demonstrate the advantages of Isometric protocols, fostering trust and driving adoption in the carbon removal ecosystem.

Things we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in process engineering, applied science or a similar area of study.

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in regulatory reporting, process optimization, facility operations, quality assurance/quality control or a related field.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality results.

This role isn’t for you if:

  • You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week.

  • You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.

  • You’re looking for a short term gig. Everything at Isometric is designed for the long term: our business model, our compensation/reward system and our decision-making processes. You should only apply if you’re looking to make a move that will last 5-10 years.
