Aquaria is revolutionizing water access with cutting-edge atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology, and we’re seeking an experienced and results-driven In-Home Closer to join our team. This role focuses on closing sales for residential installations of Aquaria’s innovative water solutions. As part of a fast-growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of transforming how people access clean, sustainable water in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run In-Home Presentations: Conduct professional, engaging in-home consultations for pre-set appointments arranged by our setters, showcasing the benefits of Aquaria’s AWG systems.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Build strong connections with customers to identify their water needs, concerns, and priorities, ensuring tailored solutions that resonate with their goals.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Confidently navigate negotiations, overcome objections, and guide customers toward a decision to purchase Aquaria’s water solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a memorable, positive experience that ensures customers feel valued and confident in their decision.
  • Consistently Follow Up: Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects to encourage decision-making, shorten sales cycles, and capture every deal possible.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions using our CRM tools to ensure seamless tracking and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience in High-Ticket Sales: Proven success closing deals in industries like solar, batteries, roofing, or other door-to-door sales environments.
  • Exceptional Salesmanship: Strong ability to address customer objections, build trust, and provide reassurance throughout the sales process.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: A talent for building rapport quickly and effectively with diverse customers.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to delivering excellent service and creating a lasting positive impression with each interaction.
  • Organized and Goal-Oriented: Skilled in managing leads, tracking progress, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with residential energy solutions or experience selling innovative technologies.
  • Strong interest in sustainability and a passion for promoting cutting-edge solutions for a better future.
