Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Senior professional to function as Technical Asset Manager- Asset Management, who will help candi to lead the revolution of solar. Given that candi is taking solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and a new way of thinking.
Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the Indian AM team:
- Maintain Human and equipment safety compliance incl. training and plant safety infrastructure
- General site Operations and maintenance
- Build and lead the respective maintenance teams
- Own technical performance of assets and its drivers and act as a link between upper management and maintenance staff
- Own preventive maintenance calendar and corrective maintenance ticketing
- Develop Method Statements & SOP's to standardise scope requirements
- Maintenance contract negotiation & fulfillment including contractor performance management
- Provide technical feedbacks to the various internal teams on basis of actual performance and equipment response for installed assets
- Warranty & Spares Management
- Manage warranty documentation and affect timely warranty executions
- Effectively track & maintain spare inventory and ensure timely replacements
- Manage expenditures on respective assets according to budget
- Ensure the accuracy of JMR billing data being submitted for energy billing with customers and lead the technical discussion w.r.t deemed generation
- Maintain good vendor relationships and asset regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with respective project management teams for efficient take-over of new projects as per the company process
Location: Gurgaon (hybrid)
Hours: Full time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of Experience in PV solar O&M / Asset Management
- Experience in Leading teams with a good track record
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Strong Analytical skills
- PV performance analysis and interpretations skills are a must
- Experience with a suitable task management tool
- Should be willing to travel at sites whenever required
- Having exposure to HT networks and transformer maintenance is a must
