Working here will be unlike any job you've had before.
Lead post-sales support for suppliers—onboarding them to our product and managing ongoing technical interactions related to verifications.
Identify and drive technical and process improvements impacting suppliers.
Provide pre-sales support, including providing demos and product customisations.
Strong coding skills in a popular language such as Python, Java or Javascript.
External-facing customer solutions experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a knack for providing high quality customer service.
Self-starter credibility, ideally with experience in startups or early scale ups selling to enterprise customers.
