Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • You will do payroll management, checking and payment for local employees, expatriates and secondees.

  • You will do social security and individual income tax policies and monthly or yearly transactions.

  • Time management policies and transactions in Time system.

  • Company benefits program implementation including enrollment, transfer and exit

  • You will coordinate the accounting booking with finance team

  • You will manage and improve the vendor performance of quality and efficiency. Provide the solutions to solve business requirement or special cases.

  • You will execute and delivers HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s), SOP and Working Instructions. Handles complex/escalated tasks. Ensure all HR Operational processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4-eye-check / internal control checks, data protection and compliance tasks.

  • You will identify and proposes the enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers. Leads some process improvement activities (standardization, harmonization, automation) and participates in the quality control and audit activities. Continues to improve local Working Instructions of each service process to keep it up to date.

  • You will Proactively communicate information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed. Organizes the trainings related to HR systems and process to managers and employees as needed. Engages the customers to know more about HR Service.

  • You will have the comprehensive HR Service knowledge and end-to-end process mindset Ensure a robust framework to enable compliance with all country legal and regulatory requirements. Support and represent Common Shared Service HR in any internal / external HR Audits.

Your background:

  • Your hold bachelor's degree.

  • 5 years and more hands-on transaction experience of Payroll, tax, social benefits and company benefits program experience.

  • Excellent speaking, listening & written in English.

  • TOEIC 700 and more or actual working experience in using English.

  • Workday experience.

  • Working experience in multinational company.

  • Learning agility and strong adaptability of the change.

  • Result orientation and responsibility.

  • Logical thinking, analytical and complexity problem solved capability.

  • Independent, self-motivator and proactive mindset.

  • Good collaboration and building up the network capability.

  • Integrity and compliance.
