Work in a squad of 3-4 engineers within a trusting, supportive environment. Take ownership and accountability for getting stuff done. Follow through on tech decisions, we don’t do half-migrations.
Collaborate with Product and our expert team of Carbon Removal Scientists to deliver high-quality, well-tested code at pace. Build without silos, launch features, build infrastructure and care about our customers.
Impact a new industry of critical importance. Gain external exposure, working directly with companies removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
5 or more years of software development. A STEM background is advantageous. We’re happy to work with people with experience in all, any or none of the tools and technologies in our stack.
A collaborative mindset, preferring open communication and teamwork to get stuff done. Our engineers are product-minded and come with diverse backgrounds—from writing the first line of code at day 0 start-ups, to building high scale systems at companies like Meta, Amazon or Shopify.
