The Role
As Growth Lead, you will own and scale EcoTrove’s user-acquisition. Working directly with our founders, you’ll own all DTC growth initiatives (social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships) and lead EcoTrove’s marketing efforts. You will work in a data and experimentation driven environment where you own your metrics. Your expertise will drive customer acquisition, refine our branding, and develop a playbook for sustainable and scalable growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage DTC marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit)

  • Own and manage EcoTrove’s social media presence, email marketing strategy, and customer-facing brand voice

  • Build and optimize scalable user acquisition funnels, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions

  • Design and test new growth strategies

  • Own and track your key performance metrics 

  • Collaborate with product team on customer research, front-end design, and storytelling to ensure a cohesive brand narrative

  • Lead partner co-marketing campaigns

  • Support higher priority business development conversations

  • Refine EcoTrove’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop a growth playbook for long-term scaling

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Passion for EcoTrove’s mission and a deep curiosity about climate tech or energy.

  • 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing, with a focus on DTC acquisition strategies at consumer technology companies.

  • Demonstrated success in running paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit.

  • Expertise in using data and analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.

  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), traffic tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel), Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in customer segmentation, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in climate tech or fintech.

  • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and email automation tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

  • Business development experience

  • Experience partnership-led growth and co-marketing initiatives.

  • Background in user research and customer journey mapping.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and branding.

  • Ability to create dashboards using BI tools such as Google Looker.
