Overview
This position applies project management, change management, leadership, and facilitation to support the successful management of initiatives and projects aligned with Efficiency Vermont’s Objectives and key results (OKRs).
Location:
This is a hybrid position, and the ideal candidate will be located in Winooski, VT.
Compensation:
At VEIC, we are committed to pay transparency. The starting pay range for this position will be between $85,000-$90,000 annually. Based on market data, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and location. Please discuss your intended work location with the recruiter for more information. The total compensation package for this position also includes a full range of medical benefits, 403(b) eligibility with match, Combined Time Off (CTO), Care and Concern leave, Parental leave, wellbeing benefit, a community service day, and eight paid holidays that are effective as of your first day of employment.

Responsibilities
- Applies project management and change management best practices and standards to all projects
- Develops, maintains, and works within a highly effective project management framework
- Leverages negotiation and organization navigation skills to lead cross functional projects aligned with EVT’s OKRs to achieve project deliverable
- Initiates and develops planning activities to include implementation plan, resource identification, risk management, and communication plans
- Partners and collaborates with internal stakeholders and shared services to understand project objectives and to define key deliverables
- Communicates clearly and effectively, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and works collaboratively to remove barriers toward achieving project deliverables
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong personal commitment to the mission, vision, goals and values of VEIC.
- Undergraduate degree or a similar combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired.
- At least six years of experience managing and coordinating programs or projects, including leading project teams or a combination of experience from which comparable skills were acquired.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- General knowledge of standard office computer applications, including word processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to appropriately manage conflict.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical managers and staff in a team effort.
- PMP certification or working toward certification
