Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for ongoing talent acquisition efforts for the Company. They will develop recruitment strategies for attracting both active and passive candidates, using independent discretion and judgement to determine who to move forward in the process. Additionally, the Sourcer will negotiate salary and benefits with potential candidates.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates; compare candidate skills to the job duties of open positions; find and court passive candidates to ensure the best talent pool possible.
  • Interview candidates in-person or by phone to determine if they are a good fit for the position based on skills, experience, and personality, in alignment with the hiring manager's requirements; determine who to move forward in process and prepare candidates for interviews with the hiring manager.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates in accordance with company policy and in line with candidate skills and experience.
  • Partner with leadership to determine applicant and job requirements; provide advice and support to management and staff on recruitment, and participate in the decision making process at every level.
  • Partner with leadership and various departments to ensure a smooth hiring process and retention of new hires.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events and trade shows.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for various positions.
  • Must be able to handle a high requisition load in a fast growing company and work closely with hiring managers to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting, evaluating job candidates, and advising managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Must have experience managing all steps of the full recruitment life cycle and maintaining detailed records.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and human resources policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Must demonstrate diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment and flexibility in varying situations.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Qualified candidate must be proficient in using social networking, traveling to job fairs/career fairs/conferences, and designing localized action plans/strategies.
  • Must have a proven track record of driving the full recruitment life cycle from: initial client consultation, candidate outreach, candidate qualification screening, candidate referrals, interview scheduling and follow-up, offer negotiation, and closing the candidate.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions related to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus bonus.
