We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, and promoting customer loyalty. Agreement with customers, offering excellent customer support
Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction
Complete any technical troubleshooting and resolve complaints from customers
Manage relationships with vendors
Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer data and activities
Assist customers in finding information
Review and resolve queries from customers
Meet all customer requirements, anticipating and resolving potential issues quickly
Answer inbound phone calls from sales leads, customers, and vendors
Close-end sales where prospects become customers
Assist customers with use of products and services
Work with sales team members in lead generation, marketing, and closing activities
Work with team to develop effective sales strategies
Implement cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing customers
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and be flexible with changing priorities
