Field Application Engineer (Dallas-Fort Worth)

Base is looking for a Field Application Engineer to help oversee permitting, installations, and ongoing quality control for Base's battery fleet in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Responsibilities:
- All in-field activities inclusive of the following:
- Field service coordination (ticket tracking, scheduling, driving to resolution)
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures while interfacing with electricians
- Determining and documenting rework path forward
- Commissioning support
- Inspection failure resolution
- Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews
- Planning out fleet wide reworks
- Meeting with inspectors and AHJs
- Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Skils:
- Degree or minor in Engineering
- Experience with electricians
