About The Role

Job Duties
Driver Management and Performance
Supervise and coach drivers to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality data collection.
Conduct monthly driver performance reviews, provide real-time feedback, and manage disciplinary actions.
Monitor driver attendance, schedules, timekeeping, and adherence to operational policies.
Fleet Operations
Oversee vehicle maintenance, hardware troubleshooting, and hub operations.
Manage driver schedules, daily drive plans, and ensure optimal route coverage.
Address safety concerns, accident follow-ups, and coordinate vehicle repairs.
Hiring, Training and Development
Lead driver recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Mentor driver team to support growth and development.
Reporting and Analysis
Provide regular performance updates and identify areas for operational improvement.
Analyze driver team metrics to optimize data collection and ensure fleet operation efficiency.
Project and Event Support
Coordinate and attend special projects, press events, VIP demos, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Scale and Travel
Support operational expansion with hiring, logistics, and new deployments.
Travel as needed for launches, training, or ad hoc projects.
Expense and Communication Management
Manage operational expenses via corporate credit card management
Facilitate continuous driver team communication through updates, reminders, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Valid Class C driver license with clean driving record (no points on license)
The company will perform a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check via the Department of Motor Vehicles before hire.
Valid driver license for at least 3 consecutive years
Pass pre-employment drug test (includes medical and recreational cannabis)
Safe driving habits and willingness to follow all state traffic laws
Professional and courteous demeanor
Punctual and reliable
Experienced and confident with mobile technology, including tablets
