As a co-founder, you will be instrumental in scaling Grounded Sensors, driving commercial growth, and helping to shape the company's long-term strategy. This is a collaborative leadership role with ownership over critical areas like fundraising, customer relationships, and commercial strategy. Lead efforts to secure funding, establish strong investor relationships, and execute on grant opportunities.
Create and execute on lead generation strategies in existing and novel market segments, including marketing and branding.
Collaborate on business strategy, building out a solid foundation on which to grow.
Build and manage customer-facing teams (sales, client communication, branding, and marketing).

Salary and equity are wholly negotiable and will be partly defined by an upcoming funding round. Equity will be vested, with the specific structure and percentage negotiable based on contributions and experience.
