Customer Service Student

We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Co-Op Student. This role is based in our Oakville Office and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Principal responsibilities:

• Help the team update accounts with contact names and delivery comments

• Ensuring all cross-reference tables are cleaned up and corrected

• Reviewing all net pricing to ensure it is up to date

• Responsible for clean up of obsolete items, back orders, trade price lists, merging of accounts, and verifying accurate rep is linked.

• Support CSR with tracking, invoicing, and acquiring PODS

• Help the team prepare for the new SAP system.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Currently enrolled in college/university

• A very professional manner and dedication to providing excellent customer service – comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization

• Good time management and follow-up skills

• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good teammate with the proven track record to supply to and foster a positive team environment
