Things you’ll do in this role:

  • Manage a team responsible for coordinating delivery of validation & verification projects in order to help Isometric suppliers comply with our requirements to issue highest quality carbon credits.

  • Set a bar for best-in-class customer service, ensuring timely responses and positive experience for all suppliers and verifiers involved.

  • Bring a new level of efficiency to everything: through your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and experience building out simple but effective processeses.

Things we’re looking for:

  • Wealth of experience building out small but mighty teams that move at speed, leverage best tools and set the quality bar high.

  • Chops in running operations at scale with a track record of forecasting and building capacity and securing vendor relationships.

  • Relentless curiosity to gain and use technical knowledge to help Isometric suppliers and verifiers robustly understand and apply requirements of the Isometric protocols.

This role isn’t for you if:
