About the Role
We are looking for a Planner to optimize our supply chain, ensuring we have the right materials at the right time to keep our groundbreaking projects moving forward. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers to maintain a seamless flow of high-quality components, balancing cost, efficiency, and sustainability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand planning strategies to align supply with production needs
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to secure high-quality materials at the best value.
  • Monitor inventory levels and analyze usage trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and optimize demand.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing best practices.
  • Implement data-driven tools and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Produce and analyze weekly metrics and be involved with all aspects of operational vendor management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, or planning (preferably in hardware, robotics, or technology).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize costs and processes.
  • Passion for sustainability, technology, and innovation—bonus points if you’re excited about saving the bees!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
