- Support direct & Indirect projects(e.g., Capital equipment, Professional Service, Marketing & Communications, subcontractors, and subconsultants) in proposal, planning, execution, and closeout phases of the project life cycle
- Conduct end to end procurement process including prepare and mange RFx events, sourcing, awards, contracting process and maintenance
- Assist the team in development and implementation of system implementation, category strategizes, in collaborating with Business line for relevant categories of spend.
- Manage financial commitments in ERP system
- Negotiate deviations from company commercial Terms & Conditions and minimum insurance requirements
- Maintain and provide accurate and effective documentation and records management in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Achieve savings targets relative to management established benchmarks.
- Support review and incorporate the goals, understand suppliers’ ESG performance and engage in fostering adoption of ESG targets, capability roadmaps and action plans
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
